4.1. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

4.2. Prices are subject to change and all quotations are valid for 14 days from date of quotation.

5.1. We aim to deliver all orders within 14 working days from the date of payment. However, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the customisation and product availability.

5.2. Shipping costs will be calculated per order and may vary based on the delivery location and order size.

6.1. We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

6.2. Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
